First Mr Naidoo mixed salt with water.

Secondly he put the salt water in the frying pan then the water started to evaporate,l was surprised that our experiment worked.

We were trying to see if saltwater can turn back to salt and it did.

I wonder what would happen if we mix sugar and salt with water and put it in the pan.I think it will taste sweet and salty.

Walt see if sugar can change from solid to liquid and if we can reverse it.

What we did

First Mr Naidoo mixed water with sugar and the sugar  dissolved.Mr Naidoo put the water in a pan and then turned the pan on and water  vapour went into the air.What had happened was the water changed back to solid.In the end it felt like glass.A little later Mr Naidoo is going to crush it up into little bits.
