Skipping is a good way to get fit

Skipping is a good way to get fit because  it can be fun and exciting for family and friends. I really think it's a good way to   have  fun   and get really  fit with the people who you love.You don’t have to spend much because you can just spend $2 dollars on a skipping rope, then you can start skipping.
