Skipping

In the morning we usually go out for fitness and what we do is skipping. We leaned different skipping style like double undies, running on the spot with the skipping ropes, crisscross, side to side and back and forward. We like fitness because it helps our body and it makes our blood flow nicely and it also gets  our brain working well. I think this is a good way to get fit without going to the gym.All you need is a skipping rope and it doesn't cost much just 2$, so that's what I think. I want to encourage people all over the world to get into skipping as a form of fitness.
